Do you have a physical store?

Yes! We would love to welcome you.

Monday - Saturday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Sunday: 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Delivery

Do you deliver nationwide?

Yes. We deliver to all regions across Ghana.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at the moment. We currently ship within Ghana only, but we are excited to expand internationally in the future.

How long does delivery take?

Accra & Tema: orders placed before 5:00 PM qualify for same-day delivery. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be delivered the next business day.

Outside Accra: orders placed before 11:00 AM are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be shipped the following business day.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery location and will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes! If you would like to collect your order from our store, simply select Store Pickup or leave a note during checkout. We will contact you as soon as your order is ready for collection.

Can I track my order?

We do not currently offer live order tracking. However, once your order has been dispatched, our delivery partner will contact you before delivery so you will know when to expect your package.

What happens if I entered the wrong delivery address?

No problem! If you realise there is an error, contact us as soon as possible.

If we notice missing or incorrect information, our team will reach out to you via phone or WhatsApp to confirm your details before dispatching your order.
