We want every Third Charm order to arrive beautifully and correctly. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and clear photos of the item.
Before sending anything back, please email info@thirdcharm.store or contact us on WhatsApp so our team can review your request and guide you through the next step.
Items should be unused and complete.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, unopened where applicable, and in their original packaging with tags, labels, or accessories included.
For hygiene and safety.
Some items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or incorrect. This may include earrings, hair accessories, beauty products, cosmetics, personal care items, opened products, gift cards, and final-sale or clearance items.
Approved resolutions.
Once your request has been reviewed, we may offer an exchange, store credit, replacement, or refund depending on the issue and the condition of the item.
Delivery fees are not refundable unless the return is due to an error from Third Charm. Return delivery costs may be the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
